About Me

Hello, my name is Jaylene Siwallace and I am the Assistant Director at The Merit School of Doc Stone. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education field since I was 16. I have my Early Childhood Education and Care Certificate. I have been with The Merit School since 2014 starting off as a Site Director with our SACC Program. I have worked at this location since 2016 and love the families here at Doc Stone. I am originally from Bella Coola, British Columbia, Canada. I have two beautiful children my son Treavyll and my daughter Jynasia. I enjoy crafting, drawing and listening to music. I work with children because I love watching them grow and learn. I feel that our school is one big family. I have seen children that were here in the Infant room and stayed all the way up to our Youth Zone Program.
